8 mile squire creek area

does anyone know about hunting bear in the 8 mile/squire creek area?  went scouting up there yesterday, really dry, no sign, no water a lot of blueberries but no signs of bear.  still a month away, are the bears lower right now?

Problem with the berries being ripe this early and no rain in the near future bear hunting is going to be tough! In a month and a half all the berries are going to be dried up.
