We are seeing way more deer in the yard this year. I wonder of their usual groceries are dried up already and they want the juicy food that gets watered.

Saw this guy in Covington today.  Walked right down the middle of the road like he owned the place before stepping off for a bite to eat..

Mother in law would be less than pleased but yet she sends me pics of this and other bucks near his size weekly! Theoretically I could set up a blind in the woods behind her home and whack one... But, I'd also never be invited to dinner again!

I got a vid of a little spike that came into the yard few nights ago.  The very first buck i've seen back there, and it was right after i put a 3d archery target deer up, haha.

 Here's three of the five that were outside the backdoor relaxing under the Japanese maple and then over at the apple tree.
There is no greater respect to have for wildlife than to harvest an animal fairly and use it's flesh to feed your family.  ~me
