I found my post. Here's what I've done. Its nice because now the front sight post is small enough that it doesn't cover a whole deer at 100 yards like my old setup did. The fiber optic is nice, but not perfect.http://hunting-washington.com/smf/index.php/topic,172762.0.html
I can't understand why someone doesn't make a hooded fiber optic front sight with a 0.01 fiber. Like archery sights have. The fiber can wrap around the hood like a bow sight also. The front sight on my knight has a huge fiber optic. Maybe this already exists and i just can't find it?
Anyone ever tried this?http://www.gohunt.com/read/skills/increased-accuracy-from-an-open-sight-muzzleloader
It blows me away they haven't made a better front sight option for muzzles
