it does not say the cutting diameter but to me it looks too big for the state of washington

I haven't read the new RCW, but now that expandable are legal is the no barb law still in effect?

The way I read the regs it just says it needs to have a sharp broad head with blades 7/8 inches wide. The closed back words are gone. Basically any broad head is legal as long as it is sharp and has 7-8 inch cut or bigger.
The second cut is nothing but a gimmick imo. Serves no purpose. Not to mention the nightmare with trying to keep them straight.
