Well folks, I hope that I figured out how to re-size the pics that were way to large on my previous attempts to bring some pig roasting happiness to your eyes

As some of you may recall I roasted my first whole pig for my nieces college graduation in mid July. I constructed a homemade rotisserie just for the occasion. Here are a series of pics as the roast progressed.....well I hope you see pics this time
Some specs: Pig= 97lbs on the rod.
Injected with about 2 gal of brine from inside and out.
Rubbed inside with my rub mix.
Rubbed outside with olive oil and more rub mix.
Stuffed with apples, walla walla onions, celery and sweet potatoes and stitched by a real nurse

9 hours at 6 rpm and 140#'s of charcoal and some home harvested apple and cherry wood later.....
we had nothing short of a fabulous feast of falling off the bone, tender, juicy, flavorful spit roasted pork. This was a serious backyard, beer drinkin, pig pickin
The machine worked without flaw from the get go and all the way to the end.
Can't wait to do this again
