Five days left looks like fire closure will keep us our of our spot.  Looking like alot longer and harder hike into our Backup spot pretty excited seven days in the back country . Gonna burn alot of boot leather. High buck here we come!

I'll miss it this year first time in a while, but my dad will be in for the whole season.. Two days horse back in one way! Best of luck to you and everyone this year!

I'm only gonna get a couple hunting days for this HH....
Packed and ready to go though!
Seen bucks the past two years in the same spot...maybe he's survived to grow past 2 pts now!

Loading the pack now. Should be a lot of missed placed people up there this year. Me being one of them lol. Finally came up with a game plan. Hiking in Sunday. Good luck all!

My son and I are leaving Monday, looks like 4 days of rain/snow mix.  This will be our first HH
Honesty is the best policy,  but insanity is a better defense.
