Went out for deer today, no luck there. But there were plenty of these suckers to keep me busy. Saw 7, shot at three, brought home two. 45yds and 42yds. The one I missed was 32yds right off his back.
Fun times.
Also heard an elk bugle a couple times about 200yds from me and found an active wallow. Can't wait for elk!

Shot this guy during early Archery elk, I thought "I better shot him in the head", sure enough took the back half of his head off. Regular field to with one of those cabelas star shaped things on it.
