Here's a couple of pictures of some Bulls we took this year, will be adding more pictures soon.
We would like to thank all of you for the business. Hope to see you at the sportsmen's shows.

If you put some rubberized material over the half breeds it'll save you some stink and a little mess down the road. Just cut a hole for the bars on your decker to take it on and off. Rinse with water when bloody, put back on the saddle and go. Works good for when you might have a leaky gas jug for trail clearing use too.

Look at the pack saddles between my picture and the others. With the full head packed like that you'll have blood getting onto the canvas that covers the decker tree (my dad has always called it the "half breed"). If you cover it with a chunk of rubberized material  (like the heavy tarps used on hay stacks or what semis tarp with) it'll keep the blood from soaking into the canvas. In my photo the dark brown is that material.

 It's just helpful suggestion.

First year ever hunting. First kill. Was camping/hunting solo. Have been scouting this area since last year and was up there at least every 2 weeks for the last 6 months getting familiar with the area and looking for signs. 375yd shot with handloaded 180gr accubond got it done on monday. All that said, I would rather be lucky then good when it comes to hunting and fishing.

Got my skull back from Scott at sdskullworks. Came out great.

My sons 2015 Utah Limited Entry Bull Elk. He got lucky and drew a 14 point tag with 4 points.   Hunting around his college schedule we were able to get this nice bull in front of him. He made a great shot.  If anyone wants info on hunting Utah I will be glad to help them. The online application closes March 3.

Shane, congrats to you and your son on an awesome bull. Will it be back from the taxidermist by Aug? Would love to see it in person. Looking forward to slinging some arrows with you again.
