Did you draw that tag. Wow  I grew up on the northern end of the unit. There are alot of big bucks in there, but access can be very limited. Will check around and see if I can get any current info on the unit.

Huge bucks low densities.   Look up the episode of Ridge Reapers where Jason Carter hunts 3 giant bucks and kills one of them in those units.

I really like that show...  Seems more like real hunting. Most shows are the shoot the whopper on private land.

Hey 2MANY, do you mind if I ask how many points you had for that tag?

I had 9.
Last year I had put in for 222 but it was the early tag.
I returned it to keep my points and hope for luck in the future.
Next year this. :)

I checked a new box on the application that said I was willing to be an alternate that's how I got the tag. I'm assuming someone's card number was wrong or didn't clear.

If your applying in Nevada..................Don't miss that box!
Being an "alternate" feels pretty good right now.

Just wondering how your hunt went? I'm scouting there this year but not having any luck.
