kind of odd that you say firearm restricted , cause i have seen people walking in there with guns and my uncle was telling me about a guy that hunts in there for bear , but i heard you have to walk way in there to hunt

Firearm's restricted: bow, shotgun. The trouble with Tiger, is it is tough to get far enough away from roads and trails to shoot with a shotgun, I hunt it with a bow, not willing to risk it but that's just me. There's hikers in there year -round. I've been as far as you can get back in there, there's still trails no matter where you go that are being used by hikers.

Basically Tiger is firearm restricted, the opposite side of 18 is not, you threw me off with referring to that side as Tiger, it is actually the Taylor/ Rattlesnake area. There is a sliver of the Snoqualmie GMU also, north of the Raging River.
There is also a conservation area in the Northern half of Tiger that is closed to all hunting, along I-90.

LOL, I am one of those Green River Community College students that goes all over Tiger. When I was looking for my section corner and timber typing I saw a bunch of Bear crap. A few other class mates actually saw bears up there.

Everyone up there from Green River will most likely be wearing there orange cruisers vest. The classes that do that though are not up there during fall bear season though.

Ponyboy are you a DNR cruiser?

Used to be...for them and everybody else at one point in time or another. I was also one of those GRCC students stepping in bear $hit on Tiger. What year did you get through the NR program? I finished in 05, or 06
