Turkey Hunting

Is there anywhere on the west side of washington to hunt for turkey? Driving all the way acrossed the state would kind suck and how would the bird hold up on the drive back? any help?

There are several posts that talk about east side turkey hunting.
As long as you keep it on ice you should have no problem

there are turkey from what I've read, and I plan on starting my scouting early in feb. however from where you are, the drive will be basically as long as going to eastern wa.
