A good topic Backwoods.  THere is a thread on here already with a bunch.  You'll have to search for it though.  Classic thread.

What's funny is I opened this thread and as I looked up to the random photo, I see a elk campfire pic.  I don't know what member it belongs to.......I figure they wouldn't mind it being posted here since it shows up in the random photo section.

I don't seem to have any elk camp pics.  I never seem to take those kind of pics.
May I always be the kind of person my dog thinks I am.

Dang Bru 14, thats quite that camp you got there. I have never been in a elk camp since where I elk hunt is only 12 miles as the crow flies from my house. But it takes about 45 minutes to get there.

Yeah its quite cozy, takes about 2 weekends to set up, and 1 day to take down..... Camps been that sweet ever since I was a lil guy, home away from home.... the stove keeps it about 75-80 degrees inside, great place to hang out when its *censored*ty out by the firepit....

Bru14, my dad has that same exact Prowler trailer thats in the background...same color and everything. I didn't know there would be another one like it that existed.  :chuckle: Makes a perfect hunting trailer though.

we take our time setting up, usually takes us 2 weekends to fully get it set up... then 1 weekend of wood cutting.... and about half a day to tear camp down.....
