Interesting but I find it hard to believe that there are "millions" of them. Unless they're counting the dog/coyote hybrids as a "coywolf."

Might be hard for me to digest millions.....but....  I have killed several coy dogs, so I am sure wherever you have a population....   I think I have seen one coy wolf, and my Grandfather had a wolf dog, so.....I suppose anything is possible.

Add the Eastern Wolf and the Red Wolf (in recovery from almost extinction) to the Hybrid list as well.

In Oklahoma nearly all of the harvested coyotes I have seen were dog/coyote hybrids.  They called them all wolves

Whoops..... It seems I've stumbled into the National Enquirer section of Hunt Washington again.

Makes me wonder how wolves and coyotes coexisted for 10s of thousands of years and didn't produce coy-wolves. Must be the released radiation from the Fukushima nuclear power plant met down.

I'm at least glad to see Wolfbait believes in evolution. I had him pegged for one of those 3,000 year old planet Earth guys.

No doubt! I remember reading about the wolf/coyote crosses in 09, the folks that were shooting them used the term "super coyotes" because of their size.

Just another BS lie put out by the USFWS, environmentalists etc., it was put out as part of the propaganda to make the wolves seem more like the  human family. I think it was in Wyoming, one year a wolf pack had three litters in one summer, which turned out to be a fairly large pack by fall.
