When the weather is cold and freezing your best bet is to wait until about 10am .. Once the sun comes out and it starts to thaw the deer will be moving .. I seen 5 yesterday ..one spike and they all were seen between 12:30 and 1:00 pm .. Just now getting ready to go again...Good luck !

I am perfectly content with shooting a doe. I'm in a any deer unit so whatever I see will probably get arrowed.

The wind a few weeks back pretty much took all the apples off the trees where I hunt, but deer were still checking them last week.  Putting a half-dozen out a few times/day undera a tree works to keep that happening until well into December.

I am in the same boat.  I was 60yrds from does 2x yesterday but no clear shot, they were not moving until around noon, and stayed up and around till after 4pm.  Last time I was close was getting late so rather than push them and risk blowing out I let them go to go after today since all were in the same 100yrd area and "no change in weather" according to weatherbug.  Got in there around 9:30 found a nice natural spot to sit and be concealed and quiet in the reprod they were using.  Was there all day, fogged in and nothing moving. 

Should have gone ahead and pushed yesterday..

I think that my dad and brother should have pushed too. They saw a group twice and I think they should have gone for it at last light.
