Eastern Washington doesn't have a limit on otter anymore and it is open in all of eastern Washington.

Western VA does, Eastern VA does not.  This is the first year I have had access to a farm that has otter.

The trapping regs do not limit the otter catch and does not state closed counties in eastern Wa.
This is the first year I've been able to trap otter in grant county.

Fred,
I'm so used to looking at WA furs and always hearing about different sections. Can you tell us how VA beaver compare?
