What is the aev conversion?

AEV is short for American Expedition Vehicles. Their a high end builder that build Jeep Pickups and Hemi swaps into Jeeps. There stuff is extremely clean and not thrown together .

Yes. I've seen a few in person and they do really nice work. Not cheap though.

My buddy dropped $45K on a loaded Rubicon last summer. Elk season came along and for the first two days he wouldn't take it anywhere it might get a brush mark. Third day came along and he rolled it...lol
