firearms related.

It's all about being re elected. The liberals don't like the new toll roads, so he wants to steer away from introducing more transportation taxes.  Gotta make king county happy so they re elect him.

Semi auto rifle ban, 10 round magazine capacity limit, anything that holds more is band, guns & ammo tax,  gun registration,
more gas tax, state wage tax,  more refugees, price hike on auto registration.

I wish he would band idiots, starting with himself.
I bet this is it. All Semi autos will be banned.
May I always be the kind of person my dog thinks I am.

I looked around at the usual suspects of freedom hating cat lovers but haven't seen anything posted on their sites to give a hint of what might be coming.  They're still patting each other's backs over 594.  I would guess magazine restrictions or registration?

Some type of new tax or usage fee I would expect.
He asked, Do you ever give a short simple answer?  I replied, "Nope."

I'm betting the carbon tax. The one was supposed to be revenue neutral so of course not that one. I think they are going to collect signatures for the carbon tax that will raise tax revenue and Inslee will be behind it.
Inslee tried to get a carbon tax earlier and it went nowhere so I bet he is taking a second shot at it.

I don't recall any governor sponsored initiatives ever happening before.  Is that something a governor typically would do?

Usually initiatives are proposed by citizens,  right?

Gotta pay the tune for those with the gold.  I've read before that Tom Steyer (billionaire that contributed most to Inslee and Obama) has been pushing Inslee hard for carbon control.  Probably getting frustrated and going the initiative route instead of the legislature.   :dunno:

With all the new Chevys being sold with On Star devises in them, they already have the tools to track you. But is you live along the border, say in Vancouver, and you do most of your driving in Oregon, say you work in Portland, who do you send your taxes to?

I like paying Washington income tax and Oregon Sales tax personally.

This morning on NPR they were discussing California's Gun Violence Restraining Orders and mentioned that Washington was looking at doing something similar.
What's the most dangerous thing said in the US Navy? -- A Chief Petty Officer saying "Watch this s$%^!!"

"I can imagine no more rewarding a career. And any man who may be asked in this century what he did to make his life worthwhile, I think can respond with a good deal of pride and satisfaction: 'I served in the United States Navy.'"
President John F. Kennedy

There are supposed to be two initiatives concerning CO2 emissions for 2016.

Hopefully both of them involve him keeping his co2 emmisions at zero until his term is over.
Wouldn't that be their methane? :chuckle:
"When my bow falls, so shall the world. When me heart ceases to pump blood to my body, it will all come crashing down. As a hunter, we are bound by duty, nay, bound by our very soul to this world. When a hunter dies we feel it, we sense it, and the world trembles with sorrow. When I die, so shall the world, from the shock of loosing such a great part of ones soul." Ezekiel, Okeanos Hunter
