Duck taxi recommendations?
« on: January 18, 2016, 07:59:32 PM »
Anyone have any recommendations on a taxidermist to mount a duck for me? I'm located on the west side but if it's worth it to ship the bird somewhere in open to all ideas and I greatly appreciate any info. Thank you in advance - Ryan.

The wife of one of the guys I hunt with, who is also on this site, is learning to be a bird taxidermist. She has a bird of mine and my brothers right now. If you're interested private message me.

Leon Mathews, Kennewick wa.

Post up and I'm sure you can get someone to deliver your bird bird. There are tons of west side people bringing him birds.
Here's done all 9 of mine and has two more.

Peters taxidermy in graham. Fantastic work and great company to work with. Just got a wood duck back and buddy has several more on the way. Lots of mounts done over the years and they are quality mounts.

Leon Matthews.  I personally do not have birds mounted by him but I have a lot of buddies that do.  And I have seen his work in person!  TOP NOTCH!

Strongly agree with this. Bring in a picture of the mount you want and she will match the picture perfectly!
