was the picture of the month muley taken near chelan?

went up to mazama for the weekend i saw 4 nice bucks right before we got to chelan and one of them looked just like that wide muley in picture of the month.saw a ton of deer in winthrop and surrounding area not one single buck though, any reason why?

probably all dropped thier antlers.
I've hunted almost everyday of my life, the rest have been wasted.

most of them dropped their antlers already.  I was out near Ritzville today and saw over 40 mule deer and non of them still had their antlers.
