Fly fishing by Colville

Is there any rivers open nearby Kettle Falls/ Colville. I know lake Roosevelt is but I'm not sure how to fish it with a fly. Just wanting to get in some practice before the Kettle opens.
Anyone know of a good Fly shop nearby too?

Can't think of anything this time of year.
Colville outfitters though I've never used them. I'd Google. There are several nice ones in Spokane and in Idaho.

Colville river is open! Year round for trout! I'll have to go throw some nymphs. Didn't even think to check.

There's a big river up there that's open. The upper Columbia.
