Anybody make their own sheaths out of kydex

Ive seen them made. Doesnt look too difficult but since they are cheep enough I dont know that it pays off to make just one.. its kind of a heat and fold system. Seems like the clips and fasteners would be the hardest part if you were sourcing for just one.

I'm thinking I'm going to try it on a few leatherman and a couple knives.

Can't be too hard or too expensive. I've made a leather one before, it's not the best looking thing out there, but sure does the job. If I had more garage space, I'd do a few kydex ones.Plenty of youtube videos to keep you busy for a couple days, process looks really easy.

I've made a couple. Used the same setup as the youtube user PHILLYEDC  (or something close). I'm not the craftiness of dudes but they have come out alright. I like to carry a light on my pistol sometimes and it beats having to buy just a spare holster for such occasions
