some crony just told me with in the next 2 weeks,  but I'm thinking the just say that    gut feeling is by Friday!

Also, because it is a special permit issued by the WDFG, is baiting allowed per exemtption, RCW 77.15.245 section (1.) subsections (a)(b) ?
