henry 22 lg rifle

i saw one at Waly mart for 254.00 it shoots all 22s but is this a good rifle i notice the ring around the for arm is plastic ring

 I had one of these rifles. The only con I can think of is the front sight is a little large for real accurate shooting. A good gun at a good price.
