mossberg customer service problems

I sent in a shotgun 3 1/2 months ago and still has not been looked at by there techs, I called atleast 10 times and when you get thru they say we are busy and they will try to inspect it and to call back in 4-6 weeks. its been over 3 months lady, just a rant. if you have send back to them DONT!

similar experience here. I called to order a barrel, I think I gave them payment information for them to charge when it was ready. Never heard from them again  :dunno:

damn and i thought Remington customer service was garbage ...................
I've had nothing but good experience from Remington. Busted a mag latch called customer service spoke with the rep for maybe 2 min they overnighted me the part. But Mossberg did take a month to mail me a choke tube the one that came with my gun was cracked; but I've had worse experiences with Taurus trying to get mags for a discontinued gun.
Now then, get your equipment—your quiver and bow—and go out to the open country to hunt some wild game for me.  Gen. 27:3
