HELP WITH 300 RCM LOAD

Hey Guys

My 10 year old is hunting bears this spring and am looking for info on a reduced recoil load for the 300 RCM.

Ive only shot factory ammo out of it and it kicks a little more than I want for him.

Any info would be great

If I were looking to load down the compact mag I would look towards the 130 gr Barnes TSX or TTSX. Either that or a 150. I have heard of people using trail boss and h4895 for light loads but I'm not sure about the rcm. Might be something to look into.
