Ive played with the hand held kind and they are worthless. Ive been shocked afew times with one, your likely to catch abeating from doing so. The kind that shoot barbs will stop a gorilla. I have not been shot with those but everyone I know that has dropped like a sack of bricks.

Two justices, Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas, issued a 10-page concurrence that used far more sweeping language, saying the Massachusetts ruling “poses a grave threat to the fundamental right of self-defense.”

The justices said the state court’s reasoning was inconsistent with the landmark 2008 Supreme Court ruling that said the Constitution protects individual rights to possess guns.

“The explanation the Massachusetts court offered for upholding the law contradicts this court’s precedent,” the Supreme Court said in an unsigned opinion.

Without helpless victims the need for government diminishes. You need justification to keep fleecing the taxpayer.

Remember, they are only managing crime as eliminating it is eliminating many of their jobs.
