49deg n spring bear

I drew a spring bear tag for this unit , Anyone have any success? Im not , Ive high and low in wet meadows, dark forest all over but have yet to even see  a bear?

Just keep at it.  My friend spotted 4 bears today, theyre moving.  Tomorrow i have to go to town in the morning, then im going to start bear hunting.  Just sent some lead downrange yesterday and everything is groovy as far as that goes.  Good luck.

I am by no means an expert but if you've found a spot that has fresh bear sign just sit and glass. Then when you think you've been there to long, sit and glass some more. Good luck!
