It was a great opening day in the mountains.
The lazy do not roast any game, but the diligent feed on the riches of the hunt.

I really like the way the 3rd bird is displayed with the wings out also.

Here are some pics from day 2. It was a great weekend. 3 hunters, 6 Toms. We covered a lot of ground and had good luck striking up birds willing to work. On day three we switched over to gathering morel mushrooms. 
The lazy do not roast any game, but the diligent feed on the riches of the hunt.

I see youre in pierce county.  Were you hunting in the ne corner?  If so feel free to pm me where you found morels, ill go make sure any left wont go to waste after you headed home.
