That was a good bull

Unfortunately you are correct Bone, the big bulls get plastered all over the internet and BAM they are gone. lol Legally or illegally they disappear. It is always fun to share but you must be very careful who you are sharing with.

Has every "big bull" in this thread also "disappeared" legally or illegally due to being plastered all over the internet? Just curious

Duckhunter, Don't take what I said personally it wasn't meant that way. I have no idea if the bulls in that other thread are still around as I don't go to Oak Creek. Just know that generally when a big bull makes it all over the internet it doesn't take long and he has a big bulls eye on his side. I've watched it happen on here twice and both of them ended up being poached. To each is own on posting some pics, didn't mean to hurt someone's feelings.

They gotta die sometime. Rather see someone harvest him legally than get poached. Poachers are gonna poach when they get the chance. Wouldn't imagine a poacher would hold out for that bull if one of the big seven points were in front of them. He's got some room to hide amyway and hopefully he makes it through again.

No hurt feelings Pinetar. I think you're absolutely right. We should raise awareness. Elk lives matter. Maybe we should enact a new rule on the forum; no live pictures, trail cam pics, or pictures of sheds from bulls over 340", for the elks safety. I sure hope we haven't already sealed this poor ol boys fate!
