:yeah:  there was some serious point creep this year.  The tag I had last year jumped 3 full points.

Good luck to everyone. I put in with 13 points. Last year 20% of people with 12 points drew the tag and this year I didn't draw with 13.

I bet we are gonna see 1 or 2 more years of this high inflation before things even out :bash:
Thank goodness for solid second choice spots 8)

Brother in law and I both drew tags. unit 41,42,421 3rd rifle. Not the best unit but great opportunity to get after a nice buck with this years dates. Hunted it in 2012 and shot a good buck and a nice bull. Hunted a total of 2 hours in 2 days and had my tags punched. Hoping for a repeat lol.

I changed my app at the last minute after drawing a great tag that butted up the 3rd season dates.    I hate to miss this years' dates in CO, but should have a lot of options next year with 8 pts.

That second choice spot isn't a guarantee.  Too many people are figuring it out.  :bash:

Bad deer tags in Colorado are usually better than medium to good tags in other states.  I love second choice tags to go shoot big bucks.
