Anyone know this clown? Two hundred yards below the BC ramp on the cowlitz and I just watched him throw a bunch of trash and equipment in the river. I don't have a phone, just this tablet. Headed back to the ramp cause there was a gamie at two when I put in. Hopefully a litter fine can hit his wallet. I'm sure he can afford it

Think he needs to throw a little harder.  Maybe even wait until it's dark out.
Can't imagine why he'd think nothing would ever come about.  Maybe the guy tossing isn't the owner?  Might be having a remodel done and the workers are tossing?
