Did you paper tune it after you put the new strings on?

Sounds like you need to paper tune it.

I'm going with tuning of some sort.  Start by paper tuning.

:yeah:
I've always had to go ahead and retune Katera with every set of new strings. It's the blessing and curse of their cam system that they can be really fine tuned to get everything perfect, but it'll have to be tuned every time you get new strings.

When you get new strings and cables it will need to be tuned. Try and get a couple hundred arrows through it before tuning and it will help as they will be settled then.

Often shop bow techs get interrupted and forget to time the new strings.  I've also seen where a tech ties a nock set on top while in a press, then moves the bow to a clamp and ties the D-Loop as if the nock set was on bottom.  Good lesson that every archer should have a bow square and keep notes of where everything is located.

I would check nock height and timing first before hitting the paper.

Once you determine that the nock is in the right place and you're still having trouble,...

If they changed cables, or removed and replaced cables, and it's not a single cam bow, your wheel timing is probably off. A very small amount makes a big difference. It shows up as nock high or low when you paper tune and  it still happens when the nock point is correctly set.  A twist on the longer cable fixes it.  You need a bow press though.
