upcoming elk/calling seminars?
« on: May 30, 2016, 09:50:11 AM »
Hey WA Hunt,

Is there a thread, or calendar, that highlights local general elk hunting, or calling seminars? Gritty? Phelps? ElkNut? Aron Snyder? Etc? I went to a Phelps seminar on Bainbridge a few years back and it was huge for me. A catalyst that changed the way I approach the off season!

Hoping to find a few this summer.

I went to the elk academy seminar last year.  Great experience.  Confirmed a lot of what I knew but didn't know I knew it.  Kind of puts all of the pieces of the puzzle together.  I am a firm believer in having as much information as possible and these guys definitely gave me some great insight as to what it all means and different tactics to try in different situations.

Highly recommend this seminar to anyone that wants to add another level to their elk hunting tactics.
Pain is temporary, achieving the goal is worth it.

I didn't say it would be easy, I said it would be worth it.

Another helpful tool is elk nuts playback and videos.  Helped me a ton!
