This is a big deal, right now the SCOTUS is split 4/4, so currently this probably could not be overturned. If Hillary is elected she will appoint the next several judges to the SCOTUS, rulings like this against the 2nd Amendment will be prolific with no way to overturn them.

Supreme, or any other politically, appointed judge are only supposed to hold office while in good standing. This would not be it.

That judge needs disbarred and tried for treason.

The problem is, its not THAT judge, its 7 of 4 of the Appeals Circuit Court judges. Most of them were appointed by either Clinton or Obama... makes sense. Their knows as the most extreme left judges in the country.

maybe the guy's right change it or write it better.

A well armed, well readied, well oiled militia being necessary to keep; not only the state free, but a  individual's state of freedom
the rights of the people shall not be infringed(means Govt. has no right to make laws against peoples right to be free). OR face a well armed militia.
