Switching Yamaha pump to prop

Does anyone have any access to videos for switching a 150hp Yamaha pump to a prop. I have the lower unit

I haven't looked and I am guessing you have but have you tried youtube?

Did you check out bay kit mfg?  they sell all the linkage and spacers so I think they could help you with info to make it happen.

Try looking for something like a video for replacing the impeller, that would likely include reinstalling the lower unit. I haven't done one on a large engine, but they can sure be a hassle on the smaller ones I've done.
