keep your eye on Dock Street Brokers..its your best chance...I paid $35k for mine this year...they have went crazy last few years..typical price to lease is $5k per year...good luck

I've contacted them before I posted. They have leases available for 3700 and a 26 pole for 45k. So a bit overboard for what I was looking to purchase. I'm still fully expecting to pay 20 to 35k, just not the extra 10k for the extra 18 poles I won't use. Guess I could sell them

Poles  are easy to come by for around $350 each...if you can lease a license for that I would be all over it if it was multi year....  I know of 3 that has sold in the past 8 months they were all over 30k just an fyi.  If I could find another one for 25k I would buy it in a heartbeat myself.
