Montana Bound! Sept 3- 14th
« on: June 21, 2016, 09:06:08 PM »
I just finalized my hunting trip and have the time off work. I will be heading to Montana with A- tags for deer and elk for an extended trip. I have from the 3rd - 14th to get it done with my bow on an elk. A big deer would be icing on the cake, but I'm really looking forward to my first out of state elk hunting experience.

I can't even wait, and the season is almost here. So much planning left to do and so little time. :)

Who all is going to Montana this year???

Hello, I have hunted MT. quit a few times. Know a few good places to go if you dont already have a spot picked out. They are good Elk and Deer areas. You can PM me if you want.
Good luck on all your hunting adventures

Yippee ,,,,Im going with white mountain outfitters for my 70 th birthday. Horse back hunt. the 21-27 for elk. I think I'll have to sit a lot and move slow at 6000-8000 feet elevation, but i'm getting in shape ,stair climbers and riding a bike. I think this is the last outfitter hunt for me.
However I did draw a cow tag for wenas :chuckle:
