That sucks   :'(  but the video is priceless.

My mom had a similer thing happen to her near the Astoria bridge only it was a shark that took half her fish.

I thought that video was from Alaska.  I know I seen it on youtube a couple years ago and they said up north.  Pretty cool anyways.
