people may not have decided to purchase if they were drawn, i would really like to see those numbers

You do see them.  1000 people drawn earlier this year and 201 decided not to buy

There were 201 people who drew ms elk and didn't buy it. Hence the 201 leftover tags.
I was thinking he meant not purchase a ms elk permit if they drew a different type of elk special permit (like a quality bull).  Only having the ms as a back up option.  How many of those 201 that didn't buy, drew some other permit?

If I recall only about 100 left over elk were avail last year?  Interesting to see increase.

Last year was literally 59seconds and sold out, So thinking about 1:40 seconds for them to sell out this year, any takers?
