Ok so I have done some footwork, more to come. Talked to the biologist, studied maps til my eyes bled, Talked to anyone that I know or anyone they know that has had this tag or thought about this tag. I feel pretty good about the whole deal, but you can never have to much information as things change, so if any of guys would like to send me a PM with any info, it would be greatly appreciated
