The foxpro I've been recommending to guys as a basic loud caller ideal for cats, the hellfire, is on a super good sale at the Yakima Cabela's. Don't know if it's all cabelas stores, but its a steal!

No cougars here (not the four legged variety anyway!) but i've had goid success calling wild cats with the good old button whistle.
