Well just got off thw phone with Williams, seems that they do not make a front sight that sits lower on the barrel, and they do not have a way to raise the rear peep that they are selling folks. The CS guy didn't really seem to even care that they are selling a sight that is basically useless. The principle of using a peep to me is pretty simple, center the front sight/dot in the peep and hold on target. Should this not be how everyone shoots a peep?Below are pics of how far forward/elevated my peep is. This setting has it zeroed at 70yards. Not acceptable rear ramp positioning in my book.Guess im sight shopping again......
Thanks Sabot, Thinking shimming it up is my only option. An guess on how thick of shim it would take to get the rear sight back down on the ramp were it should be? I may also "attempt" to "redesign" the front sight to get it lower, if I booger it up I can always buy another.

All three of my Thompson black diamonds have the same Williams and I don't have this problem. How much is it off! What powder / projectile are you using.

Myself and a buddy have both shot it with the peep.....same results. Maybe this archery guy is doing something wrong. JR, is your peep mounted on the furthest back holes?Do I have it mounted backwards?
I have not really shot much further than 70 yards, just getting started with the peep this fall. I had to move it that high just to hit bullseye level at 70. Yes aiming centered on center. Last year I had multi deer, stock open sights on muzzy, missed my buck at 45 yards, had a second shot opportunity, so I picked up the bow and nailed it. Hence why I'm trying the peep thing now. Maybe this is an omen why I should stick to archery.
