I may have met him a month or so ago.  Was really hoping he was gonna stay here.  I just know the guy I met had a bull tag for this area I didnt ask which one.

 A buddy of mine had that tag, it was very difficult as the elk would move to private land across the fence and stay.

He's in a huge chunk of state .. Really tough spot to pack him out . Seen no other sign of elk in there , but him

Update to this .. Hiked into same spot Friday and to my surprise this bull walked out of the exact draw I saw him last year!
