Ever changing! Looking good to go on full season.- Updated
« on: December 29, 2016, 08:58:15 PM »
Just received "unofficial" word that the counts didn't meet the quotas required.  Unless this cold snap brings down more birds or a second count happens it's looking pretty bleak!

3rd flyover today it appears they counted over 6k brant.  The cold may have helped push more birds in or made the scattered ones hungry.   :dunno:  Looks like full season. We will see what the officials say.

Brant are on par with specs.  They are actually very good to eat.
