It is way past time to treat these pay-to-play companies as any other recreation business.Same property tax Same disabled access rules.Same health regulations.Same sales tax.Same lodging taxFor some reason these companies believe they are exempt from all this.maybe if they played by the same rules as other businesses they would re-think this whole idea. As it is now, the fees are just gravy on top of timberland. If anyone else charged the public to access their land for any purpose, at a MINIMUM they would have to pay all taxes, and provide a wheelchair access and a porta-potty.
