2017 NW 3D shoots UPDATED: 2/27/17

For quick reference, I thought it would be a good idea to capture/post some of the major NW 2017 3D shoots, geared toward hunters, as they are announced:

NW Mountain Challenge:
Hoodoo June 2-4
Tamarack June 23-25
Stevens Pass July 21-23

Mutton Buster V 3-D Archery Shoot
June 9th - 11th

Train to Hunt:
Oregon Challenge - TBA
Idaho Challenge - TBA
Washington Challenge - TBA

NW Mountain Challenge is a DEFINITE can't miss!

I haven't heard from Joe on when the first mutton buster will be this year but I'm betting right before turkey season maybe.  The spring shoot is my favorite because the weather is always great and the hills are green :IBCOOL:

Silver Arrow Bowman is having a marked yardage rangefinder friendly shoot Jan 28-29th

IBO Qualifier (2 day) April 1 & 2

WSAA State Championship May 20

Traditional 3D shoot (2 day) June 3 & 4

I'm planning on signing up for the WA Train to Hunt. I have never shot a 3d or done a challenge before should be interesting.

Train to hunt is a physical test. Carry a pack that is weighted and it's a race to the targets shoot move on if I remember right. Guy I know does it and he is a beast
