Brined this 14lber for 36hrs. Nothing special just poultry seasonings and pecan wood.

Yummy!!! Did a 26 pounder in my Bradley two years ago, didn't brine it but injected apple juice into it and then salt and pepper and smoked it with apple disks, turned out awesome.
