No, this confirms the company in charge of all of personal information and draws is operating in a third world country somewhere in the middle east.....where it is the 17th already.

Thanks a lot, that means instead of checking the results constantly during pacific standard time business hours now I will be checking constantly round the clock because those middle eastern software companies run 24-7 and the results could come out at any minute.
