Hevi-13 rebates

I had to get some reduced loads for my kids.  I was pleasantly surprised when the register spit out a $10/BOX rebate.  So the Hevi shot magnum blends 3" wI'll come out to  13.99/box of 5 shells, at cabelas.  Attached is the rebate.

Did they charge you 13.00 a box or do you have to mail in the rebate

Charged $23 for the reduced load 3".  $28 for the 3.5" 2oz loads.  You have to mail in the rebate.
