I just got a set of 3 damascas knives in the mail from Carp today.

They are fantastic.   I actually bought this set after buying another one from him a couple weeks ago.   

I am totally impressed with the craftsmanship of these knives and sheaths at this price point.

I don't know Carp.....   I do love the knives I've gotten.
